About the role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager & Senior Aviation Consultant to spearhead To70’s growth in India.

As a Business Development Manager, you are expected to:

🛫 Strategize Growth: Develop and implement business development strategies to enhance To70’s market position in India.
🌐 Build Client Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, including airports, airlines, and government agencies.
🔗 Leverage Your Network: Utilize your existing professional connections to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
📊 Analyze Market Trends: Monitor industry trends and client needs to tailor solutions that address emerging challenges.
💡 Propose Solutions: Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and propose tailored services that align with To70’s expertise.
📑 Prepare Proposals: Lead the creation of detailed proposals, pitches, and presentations that highlight To70’s value proposition.
📈 Achieve Targets: Set and achieve ambitious revenue and growth targets for the Indian market.

As a Senior Aviation Consultant, you are expected to:

🚀 Deliver Projects: Manage and deliver complex aviation consultancy projects across To70’s core verticals: planning, environment, efficiency, and safety.
🤝 Collaborate Globally: Work with multidisciplinary teams across 15 global locations to provide clients with innovative, data-driven solutions.
🎯 Act as a Trusted Advisor: Serve as a key advisor to clients, ensuring high-quality outcomes that align with their objectives and To70’s standards.
👩‍💻 Mentor and Develop Staff: Guide and mentor team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.

Responsibilities

Business Development:

🌟 Drive growth by identifying new markets, establishing partnerships, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
📣 Represent To70 at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to showcase our capabilities.
🧩 Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with operational goals.

Project Delivery:

📘 Conduct thorough analyses to develop practical, data-driven recommendations for clients.
🔍 Monitor project progress, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.

Team Leadership:

💼 Foster a supportive, innovative work environment that encourages collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
🎓 Provide mentorship and training to junior consultants, helping them develop their expertise and grow professionally.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10-12 years of professional experience in aviation, with at least 3 years in business development activities.

  • Tremendous passion for aviation and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and secure business opportunities.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.

  • A robust professional network within the aviation industry to support business development efforts.

  • Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex consultancy projects.
